Key Bridge (Rosslyn) — Standing-room views from the Francis Scott Key Bridge over the Potomac, accessible from the Rosslyn Metro.
Mount Vernon Trail — Open riverside trail with uninterrupted sightlines of the D.C. skyline. A quieter, more laid-back option.
Check the Arlington County Police Department’s website for road closures before you go.
⚠️ A NOTE ON BACKYARD FIREWORKS
Consumer fireworks that explode, rise into the air, travel laterally, or emit sparks past 12 feet are illegal throughout Virginia and Prince William County — a Class 1 misdemeanor with penalties up to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine. To safely dispose of unauthorized fireworks, contact the Prince William County Fire Marshal’s Office at 703-792-6360, no penalty.
Have a safe and happy Fourth, Woodbridge. 🇺🇸
